We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of its users. The information collected on ezRCL.com is used to market and improve the services we offer, to improve the exRCL.com web site content, and to contact you, if needed, with updates or questions about your construction project.

Certain areas of ezRCL.com, require a password for access. Information obtained from registered users of these areas may also be used for marketing purposes, and cookies may be used in those and other areas, as is described in this Policy. Information obtained in these areas may also be used in accordance with agreements governing access to and use of the specific areas. What information does ezRCL® capture about visitors to its web site?

The ezRCL.com web server uses an extended log file format which captures: date and time of visit, referring address (location from which a visitor comes to ezRCL.com), type of Internet browser, and visitor's IP address (each computer that connects to the Internet is assigned a unique number, an IP address, for identification purposes). The log file does not capture a visitor's email address.

Does ezRCL® ask for personal information?

Several areas of ezRCL.com ask for or contains personal information. They include: your name and current address, email address, loan number, builder name, contact information and construction property address. This list may be expanded without notice. This information is collected to help us further develop our services, and to provide you access to valuable ezRCL® web-based information and services.

Email and Email Addresses

We collect your email address when a lender provides it to us in an online product application. We will never sell your email address. We will only use your address to communicate with you regarding the servicing of your accounts or to make you aware of products and services that may be of interest to you.

When you send us an email, we may retain your message and our response for quality assurance purposes. It is important to remember that regular (non-encrypted) email is not secure. If you are sending us any personal or loan information, please only do so through our secure comments function within ezRCL.com.

How does ezRCL® use the information?

The information collected through this site helps us identify the type of web site content our customers value most. We use this information to market and improve the web site and our services. We also use this information to send you email notifications about accessing this web site or placing orders, and to contact you about your construction project to schedule a draw/progress inspection as requested by your lender. Our policy is to not give, sell or otherwise distribute the information collected through this site to third parties outside of Trinity (unless required by law); provided, however, in some cases we may use suppliers to assist us in collecting, using or otherwise processing for our benefit the information obtained through this site.

We do provide information to draw/progress inspectors who visit the construction site to confirm construction progress, as direct by you and/or your lending institution. We are extremely selective when choosing inspectors to become our partners. We realize that it’s our relationship with you that’s on the line - not theirs. Therefore, we require them to conform to our own strict confidentiality and privacy standards. An inspector is never allowed to sell your information, or to use it for any purpose other than providing the specific product or service we intended ezRCL.com to provide. Our practice is to require our suppliers to conduct such activities consistent with this policy and our requirements.

How We Protect Your Information

We understand how important it is to protect personal information. That’s why we have in place physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. Within the ezRCL® process, we educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and privacy, and we train them in related policies and procedures. We also take appropriate disciplinary measures whenever necessary to enforce these rules. Due to the unique nature of Internet transactions, we have additional safeguards and procedures in place to protect your personal information on the Internet, such as data encryption.

What happens when I leave ezRCL.com to visit an ezRCL® linked web site?

Parts of ezRCL.com may consist of products and services hosted by third-party businesses or your lender. When you leave ezRCL.com to visit one of these sites, the only information transferred to the third-party is the fact that you came from ezRCL.com (the referring address). Does ezRCL® use cookies?
